Clapton Insurance is a trading style of Prima Financial Services Ltd. Ask us for the full complaints procedure and we will direct your complaint to the appropriate person.

If your complaint is eligible and remains unresolved, you may be able to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service. Your final response will explain any referral rights and time limits. For most complaints the business has up to eight weeks to respond. An eligible referral should normally be made within six months of the final response.
