Claims

When it matters most, we're in your corner.

A claim is the moment insurance proves its worth — or doesn't. This is where an independent broker earns its keep: we manage the insurer and advocate for you, start to finish.

How a claim works with us

Three steps. You make the first, we carry the rest.

You shouldn't have to learn claims procedure under pressure. Tell us what happened — managing it from there is our job.

01

Notify us

One call or email to us — not the insurer. Tell us what's happened and we take it from there, the same day wherever we can.

02

We manage the insurer

We handle the paperwork, brief loss adjusters, marshal the evidence and keep the claim moving — so you can get back to running things.

03

We push for fair settlement

We hold the insurer to the cover you bought and argue your corner until the settlement is right. Advocacy is the job, not an extra.

Out of hours

Some claims can't wait for Monday

For urgent incidents outside office hours — a flood, a fire, a break-in, a vehicle off the road — use the emergency claims contact shown in your policy documents. If anyone is in immediate danger, call the emergency services.

Your insurer’s emergency contact is in your policy schedule or claims guide.

Before you need us

The best claim is the one that's already covered properly

Most disputed claims trace back to something set wrong long before the loss: a sum insured that was too low, an indemnity period that was too short, an activity the insurer was never told about.

We try to head those off at placement and at every renewal — because advocacy starts with getting the cover right, not just arguing well after the event.
